A Warehouse Turned Private Performance Space
Our client wanted a private gym that felt like nothing else, a high-ceiling warehouse reimagined as a personal mancave built purely for training. The brief was clear: matte-black walls, dramatic hexagon lighting, and a professional-grade equipment package with zero compromises.
Gym Provisions installed the rubber tile flooring and a dedicated astro turf lane throughout the space, then supplied the client with a premium Hoist leg press and leg extension to round out their strength setup. Our crew delivered those machines and assembled them on site alongside the Rogue equipment the client already owned.
With the full package built and staged for optimal flow, the result is a striking, cohesive training environment with distinct zones for strength, conditioning, cardio, and recovery, including an infrared sauna and an adjacent games lounge.
Scope of Work

Rubber Flooring & Astro Turf
We installed a full-floor rubber tile system across the high-bay warehouse plus a dedicated astro turf lane for sled and functional work, giving the space a durable, shock-absorbing base built for heavy training.
Hoist Equipment Supplied
We sold and delivered the Hoist plate-loaded leg press and leg extension, matching premium machines to the client's strength programming.
Delivery & Logistics
White-glove delivery and staging of the Hoist machines, coordinated around the client's existing Rogue package for a smooth single-space install.
Full Equipment Assembly
Our crew assembled and placed the client's Rogue rack, functional trainer, benches, sled, and accessories alongside the new Hoist machines, dialed in for flow and function.
